Johnnie Eni is the Chief Operating Officer of AA Holdings Ltd, where he oversees operational performance, corporate risk management, and the optimisation of the Group’s proprietary investments across Energy, Agriculture, and Real Estate. He also provides executive oversight of the Austin Avuru Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Family Office.

Johnnie has over 30 years of professional experience, with extensive exposure at senior and executive management levels. He brings deep expertise in enterprise risk management, compliance, operational leadership, and corporate governance across complex, regulated environments.

Prior to joining AA Holdings, he served as General Manager, Business Integrity at Seplat Energy Plc, where he led the design and implementation of governance and compliance frameworks and played a key role in embedding a strong culture of ethics and transparency. His contributions supported Seplat Energy’s emergence as Nigeria’s leading indigenous oil and gas company.
